Body Back: Drop-In®

Body Back Boost® is available to Body Back® session members who would like to add a workout to their twice-weekly classes AND to non-Body Back® session members who are looking to complement their current fitness regimens.

Like all Body Back® classes, Boost
® is a moms-only workout -- a time for you to clear your head, target your fitness and wellness goals, and focus on becoming your best self!

Please note that Boost classes consist solely of a 60-minute high intensity workout but do not include the nutritional coaching, assessments/measurements, or structured support components that make up the full 8-week Body Back® session.
