Run Club is here Mamas! Join our amazing and accomplished running coach, Julia Dasbach.
Start running. Get back into running. Just have the courage to start, we'll help with the rest. We will create an individualized training plan to help you meet your running goal. You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance.
All levels welcome. Run Club is co-ed and little ones in a stroller are welcome!
