Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga, and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. These classes yield amazing results within an exciting, fun format that also allows moms to exercise with their children.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for the mama who wants her body back! Whether you just had your baby or your last child was born 20 years ago, this program will take your fitness to the next level, and, most importantly, help you unlock your personal possibilities within a powerful and motivating environment. Unlike our stroller-based classes, this is a moms-only fitness program -- a time for you to clear your head, target your fitness and wellness goals, and focus on becoming your best self!more
Run Club is here Mamas!
Start running. Get back into running. Just have the courage to start, we'll help with the rest... All levels welcome! We will create an individualized training plan to help you meet your running goal. You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance.
Run Club is a family activity... all are welcome!
Run Club includes coaching, weekly check-ins, email resources, 2 virtual classes included, and individual training schedules to help you meet your running goal, whether it's a 5k, 10k or a Half marathon!
Health and Wellness coaching is an amazing journey that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging clients to develop their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action.
